- Acquire & Negotiate with new Corporate/Retail clients
- Shall be responsible for Deal optimization by-
o Deal enlargement
o New Deal initiatives
- Generating program sponsorships
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solution mix.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients & agencies.
o Shall communicate and specify organizational objective and motivate his team towards meeting revenue goals
o Train & coach team members to get desired revenue goals.
o Counsel, Educate & drive team to extract maximum mileage
